Parker Family Reunion
Jack (and parents) went to the Parker family reunion this weekend. The Parkers are the family of Cindy's paternal grandmother. This is where Jack gets his middle name! At first Jack was a little nervous, but as you can tell, he figured out how to relax. He also got to have his first swing on a real playground swing! He couldn't care less about the swing, all he wanted to do was stare at the teenaged girls on the swings beside him. ;-) There were several children his age, so it will be fun to go back in the future and watch Jack play with his cousins!

Jack goes to Carraba's
Friday night we went to Carraba's for a going away dinner for one of Paul's co-workers. We had lots of fun, and Jack was certainly the center of attention. Unfortunately, it was close to sleep and feeding time, so he only had so much patience. Daddy had to go on a walkabout with Jack outside to induce calmness. At another point, only Mom could soothe the savage beast. That drew laughter from Paul's co-workers: "Ha! He wanted his Mommy!" Cindy actually found something without dairy to eat at an Italian restaurant! The dinner would have been better if it didn't take 1 hour for the waitress to get the checks to the table.

Jack goes to the Georgia Aquarium!
We went to the Georgia Aquarium on June 21 (Paul and Cindy's Anniversary). We got the behind the scenes tour from one of the vets at the aquarium, because Paul knows them from consulting on a sick whale. It was really a lot of fun! That place is amazing! If you ever go, pay the extra money and get the behind the scenes tour. It's worth it!
As always, Jack was perfect, but it was WAY more than he cared to see in one trip!
